This policy explains the terms under which cancellations are accepted and clearly states that all payments made to Caplers Solutions are non-refundable. Clients are advised to read this policy carefully before making any payment or availing of our services.
Scope of Services
This policy applies to all services offered by Caplers Solutions, including website design and development, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, custom software and application development, UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, website maintenance, AMC, technical support, consulting services, and any other IT or technology-based services provided by the company.
Pre-Project Discussion and Approval
Before initiating any project or service, Caplers Solutions may share demos, samples, portfolio references, project outlines, or case studies to help clients understand our work quality and approach. Clients are responsible for reviewing all shared materials, discussing requirements in detail, and clarifying doubts before making any payment.
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and payment terms are finalized only after mutual discussion and approval. Once the client approves the scope and makes a payment, it is considered a confirmation of acceptance of the agreed requirements and this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Advance Payment and Work Initiation
To initiate any service, clients are required to make an advance payment, which may be partial or full depending on the project type. This payment is used for project planning, manpower allocation, design work, development setup, tools, licenses, and operational costs.
Once the payment is received, the project is considered active and work begins accordingly. Since resources and time are immediately allocated, all payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
Caplers Solutions follows a strict zero-refund policy. No refunds will be provided once payment has been made, regardless of project status, stage, or reason for cancellation.
Refunds are not applicable for completed work, partially completed work, ongoing or in-progress services, delayed projects due to client dependency, or services discontinued by the client for personal or business reasons. Payments made for milestones, subscriptions, retainers, monthly services, or recurring services are also non-refundable once the service has started.
Any third-party expenses paid on behalf of the client, including domain registration, hosting, plugins, themes, licenses, advertising spend, tools, or software subscriptions, are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email. However, cancellation does not entitle the client to any refund. Upon cancellation, services will be discontinued based on the current project stage and internal review.
Caplers Solutions is not obligated to deliver unfinished work after cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing. All work completed up to the date of cancellation remains the property of Caplers Solutions unless full payment obligations are met and a written agreement states otherwise.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
Caplers Solutions reserves the right to cancel or suspend services without refund in cases of non-payment, delayed payment, violation of agreed terms, misuse of services, abusive behavior, submission of illegal or unethical content, or breach of applicable laws and regulations.
Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, advertising platforms, or software tools. Caplers Solutions does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their performance, downtime, delays, or refund policies.
Any payments made to third-party vendors are governed by their respective terms and conditions and are non-refundable.

Caplers Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
